Returns & Exchanges Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sinclair Apparel will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt.  Returns are only accepted on items that are torn, with printing defects, or holes.  The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.  An item may only be exchanged for the exact same item in the same color and size as the original order.  There will be NO exceptions.

In the event a customer selects an incorrect size, or changes their mind about the color or shirt selected, there will be no returns or exchanges.  If you have questions about choosing proper sizing for your merchandise, please email us at contact-us@wearsinclair.com prior to making your purchase.  Once an order is processed through our website, sizing cannot be adjusted prior to shipment.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is complete and correct before processing an order. We will only send to the address provided during order processing.
